This heavy duty BTA drilling machine is specially for the cylinder-shaped workpiece, choose different cutter can obtain different accuracyrequirement.

Our normal machine is semi automatic control. You can choose CNC control also (when works on blind holes, CNCcontrol is suggested).

Customer can choose drilling bar box(it can enhance efficient and accuracy), please indicate when place order. This machine, according to the workpiece length, has two processing method, short workpiece adopts oil supplydevice and hydraulic clamping(same as T2120 series) long workpiece adopts boring bar tail to oil supply, four-crawchunk clamping. Oil supply adopts new type spindle structure, loading capacity is much more higher, rotary accuracy ishigher also. The machine bed adopts double rectangle rail, width is 800mm, big loading capacity.

Our machine adopts super cast iron(HT300), wood type cast molds, machine bed material is uniform, goodlooking appearance, good rigidity, accuracy keeping is long span, railway surface is quenched and ground.
